Accessories joint braces

The alignment and set-up aids support you in the production of your orthoses and make it easier to align joint systems and set them parallel. The innovative plug-in system allows simple and fast handling without the need to dismantle the axle screw several times. Both the connecting sleeves and the guide pins can be shortened individually to suit your needs. You can order a complete alignment set in a practical and clearly arranged case for our DYNA joints as well as for our MONOcentric or POLYcentric joint braces.

Designed for the manufacturing processes of deep drawing with thermoplastics as well as over-lamination with conventional acrylic and epoxy resins, the reusable dummy sets enable targeted, high-quality orthosis production. The concealed splint guide also underlines the outer design of your orthopaedic device and saves you from having to cover the splint legs afterwards.

These new products are used in conjunction with the extended manufacturing options of deep drawing and over-lamination. Small, flat and inexpensive are the main features of our special orthosis screws, which we added to our range in 2017.

For the conventional method of attaching the splints externally, our brass press-in nuts support you; thanks to their patented knurling they ensure a secure hold in plastics and fibre composites (CFRP) and thus guarantee a resilient screw connection of the splint legs to the orthosis.

Not only the fit and function of an orthosis are important criteria; the external design of a device is also increasingly in the patient's field of view. With our colourful and trendy designs you have the opportunity to implement individual customer wishes and give the device a very special look.

The designs listed are available in two sizes, optionally as laminating material or thermal paper.

To match our trendy and colourful laminating materials and thermal papers, we have now also added PVC-reinforced hook-and-loop fasteners, deflection loops and comfort sliding pads in matching colours to our range. The PVC-reinforced hook-and-loop strap with fleece covering can be shortened, punched and attached to the orthosis exactly where needed. The sliding closure pads can be shortened to the required length within the grooves.
