Joint system for additive manufacturing
We have modified some joint systems especially for use in additively manufactured orthoses. For the care of the lower extremity in particular, different ankle and knee modules have been developed which, in addition to optimised leg lengths, are available in a straight and a cranked version. Depending on the circumstances of the 3D model, the different variants can be integrated, adapted and built into the orthosis components in a targeted manner without the need for complex machining of the splint legs. The required dummy data of the correction and following joints are available for download as STL files further down this page under the heading “Service/Documents”.

Manu Control
The innovative, modular finger and hand orthosis system MANU CONTROL 3D from Caroli guarantees you fast and targeted care of joint contractures of the wrist and fingers with maximum quality of care.
